Low Sutton Masham how to find us

The main access route to Masham is by way of the A6108 from either Ripon or Leyburn. Travelling from the A1 Masham is approx 8 miles distance and accessed by way of the B6267 which in turn junctions with the A6108 just outside Masham. A right turn takes you onto the A6108 through Masham and onto Leyburn.

On leaving Masham after approximately 1 mile you will pass Marfield nature reserve on your right. Continue for approx 0.5 mile where a road sign indicates a left turn. A landmark at this point is a large Victorian house, Sutton Grange on the approach to the junction.Take this left turn which has a sign stating that the road is unsuitable for caravans. Continue for 0.25 mile where you will see a gateway on the left with a white beehive located on the roadside. You have reached your destination.
