Welcome to Low sutton, Masham, North Yorkshire
Low Sutton is a charming, lovingly restored Yorkshire farmhouse built with local stone set in 6 acres of land within the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the beautiful Lower reaches of Wensleydale just 1.5 miles west of Masham in North Yorkshire. Judi and Steve guarantee a warm welcome to guests with cosy country cottage style bedrooms, home cooked meals and home grown produce when available. Low Sutton is a small holding which we manage for self suffiency needs. We have free range hens for their eggs and a small flock of Ryeland sheep for meat, wool and grass management.We also have three native ponies, two dogs and two cats to complete our livestock family.
There is an abundance of wildlife to be seen in the area, with plentiful hedgerows and unspoilt countryside providing a natural habitat. Marfield wetlands is within easy walking distance, attracting large numbers of waterfowl which are often seen flying overhead.
The Yorkshire Dales offer visitors a chance to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds us. We are an ideal base for touring further afield with the Pennines to the west and the Vale of York to the east.
